Dyslextasy playing "Anything is better than this" on January 23rd 2009 at Jules Maes Saloon in Seattle: Dyslextasy covering Black Sabbath's "Paranoid" on January 23rd 2009 at Jules Maes Saloon in Seattle: THE BAND:
ABOUT THE BAND: dyslextasy is a Seattle-based rock-n-roll band, built on a foundation of rock, punk and garage influences. The idea for dyslextasy had been in the works for several years, and finally came together in October of 2007. The guys in the band have known each other for 10 years, and have been in and out of several bands together over the years. They kept talking about putting together a killer band based on a shared rock-n-roll vision/manifesto. Then, in October 2007, a number of things fell into place and the band was finally formed. By the end of November, they had recorded their debut EP, "Live. Die. Repeat.", which was released in early 2008 on Seattle indie label, Urban Cheese Records. The band is hell-bent on keeping the fun into rock-n-roll, and prove that it's cool to be a party rock band with a conscience. They also believe in delivering the best live show possible. The band is currently booking shows around the greater Seattle area in support of the release of "We Will Not Be Afraid" We Will Not Be Afraid will be relased in early 2009. They hope to see you at one of their shows. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Last Call from the 5/1/2008 show at the Jewelbox Theater: A Bug in a Jar from the 5/1/2008 show at the Jewelbox Theater: No one can save me from the 5/1/2008 show at the Jewelbox Theater: Burn In Hell from the 4/18/2008 show at Jules Maes: Last Call from the 4/18/2008 show at Jules Maes: |
